IN 2013, the EU Commission organized an extraorinary international donor conference on Mali, that led to € 3.25 bn pledges. Esprit Libre Production was commissioned the videos on existing EU projects in the areas of food security , water and sanitation , health , road infrastructures and waste management that were shown at the conference.
